The 2026 Training Direction

Many may want membership.
But becoming an Omega Rho Chi man requires a willingness to undergo development, accept correction, embrace discipline, remain accountable, serve others, and grow spiritually.
Being chosen is not merely about completing requirements.

Every Omega Rho Chi man should continue asking:
How can I grow?
How can I serve?
How can I strengthen my brother?
How can I strengthen my family?
How can I impact my community?
How can I represent Christ more effectively?
